Re: Request Installation of Stop Sign
Dear Business Owner/Manager:
It has come to the attention of the Engineering Department that there is a traffic safety concern in
the area of your parking lot, specifically the north side adjacent to Fitness Court. The City of
Coppell requests that you erect a stop sign at the location where your parking lot adjoins Fitness
Court. There is currently no traffic control device that alerts drivers exiting your parking lot on
the north side of the building that they are entering onto a public street. While this request is not
typical, we are making it in an effort to help your customers enter and exit more safely as they
access your restaurant.
Please arrange for the installation of the sign to be completed within the next 30 days. If you
have any questions or would like further information,please do not hesitate to contact me.
