Dear Mr. Griffin:
In response to your letter of March 28, 1994 to Tom Ryden regarding
the referenced City Water Line Project, a license agreement with the
City will be required for the crossing of the pipeline under DART
right of way. A Southern Pacific Lines application is enclosed.
Please complete the application and return same with a plan and
profile of the pipeline crossing the rail corridor.
~Known utilities paralleling within the railroad right of way include
U.S Sprint's fiber optic cable,~Explorer Pipeline Company's petroleum
products pipeline and the former Conoco pipeline conveyed to Southern
Pacific Telecommunications.
If we can be of assistance to you or the City's staff with this
project, please contact me at (214) 749-2917.
