Refilling Hole at West Service Center Fuel Tank

I spoke with Ted Dutt regarding this matter and he informed me that
the excavation had already been covered up. In speaking with Brent
Adams, I found out that Steve Daulton was performing some dirt work
at the West Service Center and he was asked by Linda Varonich if
he could perform that task as well and therefore it was done.

Refilling hole at We~t Service Center fuel
tank
I appreciate the help that your personnel has given us in getting
the fuel tanks tested, particularly the removal of dirt around the
damaged fill pipe at the West Service Center fuel tank.
Fortunately, the tank passed the test and the fuel pipe has been
repaired. I am requesting that your personnel assist the Fire
Department in replacing the dirt that was removed to assist in the
tank testing.
Request has been made and the purchase order should be issued
shortly to repair the fuel pump at the West Service Center. When
this is accomplished, the tank will be pumped dry and diesel fuel
ordered.
i will let you know when we can begin using the diesel fuel in the
tank.
