Job Cancellation:
The undersigned arrived on site as requested to observe the compaction of soils on 8"
sanitary utility. Upon arriving on site the contractor informed the undersigned that compaction
testing was not needed on this date.
Concrete Placement Observation:
The undersigned arrived on site later this date, as requested, to observe the placement of 10
cubic yards of4200 psi concrete for manhole.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project
specifications with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time.
1 set of 4 cylinders were cast for compressive strength testing in our laboratory.
