COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY FINAL REVISED
AFTER P&Z
1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The fire line loop around the building will need to remain private. The water
to the north is private that you are proposing to tie into. Is there an agreement in
place to share the water? The vaults will need to be placed at the tie-ins to the mains.
3. The fire hydrants will be private as well and will not need easements.
4. The sewer you are proposing to tie into is also private. This would need to be
included in the agreement.
5. The FDC will need to be on the same side as the fire hydrant.
6. The domestic meters will need to come off of the public main.
7. Is there mutual access agreement to the north?
