Road and Plantation Drive, at the request of Al Amlani, Baybridge Construction,
LLC.

COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY FINAL REVISED
AFTER P&Z
1. The sewer service will need to be bored to the manhole.
2. The sanitary sewer main extension will need to be an 8” with a manhole on the end.
3. Cleanouts will be required on the property lines.
4. Impact fees will be assessed for 2 of the lots.
5. Show the curb lines/pavement on the plans.
6. The driveway on lot 3R might be in conflict with an existing inlet.
7. There should be an existing sewer service for lot 3R and downstream of the water
service.
8. Remove existing driveways on Plantation and build sidewalk.
9. Remove the drainage swale along Plantation.
10. Will the overhead power be buried along Plantation?
