square-foot building on seven (7) acres of property located at the southwest
corner of Heartz Road and Vanbebber Road (425 Heartz Road), at the request of

AFTER P&Z
1. There may be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The fire hydrant should be on the back side of the vault to be private.
3. You will need a utility easement to cover the vault and the domestic meter and double
check.
4. The 15’ sidewalk access off of Heartz looks like a driveway and may be a safety issue.
5. The fire hydrant on the south end will be public and will need an easement.
