Park West Crossing-CS130801 DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE ENGINEERING COMMENTS ITEM: Park West Crossing, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, site plan approval to allow the development of four (4) office/warehouse buildings containing a total of 307,500 square feet on 22.5 acres of property located at the southeast corner of Freeport Parkway and Southwestern Boulevard, at the request of Pacific Resources Associates, LLC, being represented by B. David Littleton, Halff Associates. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review. 2. The S-curve needs to be revised. 3. There will need to be a POA for all the utilities and pavement. 4. Add stamped concrete at the drive entrances. 5. Make sure the sight visibility is adequate for the southernmost driveway in relation to the curve.
