Attached is documentation of my only personal conversation withMr.
Peter Scaff.
On April 20, 1995, at approximately 8:00 AM, I saw the fax of the
attached letter from Lone Star CountryClub'to theCity'of Coppell.
I immediately called Lone Star and left a message on their
answering machine telling them that I was concerned aboutl their
situation, and that AUI would work with them to fix the problem.~
I then faxed a copy of the letter that I'had received, by fax; to
Doyle.
Later in the day, Mr. Scaff called me back and told me that he,
Doyle and the City had met one day earlier and.had th~ngs worked
out. Doyle later confirmed this to ,me.
