Rick O’Dell wanted me to send this information to you regarding Maintenance Bonds for the project. The first
page is from the Subdivision Ordinance that covers details of maintenance bonds required, the second & third
page is an M-bond boilerplate you can use.
Please read the info and provide the appropriate bonds for paving and for utility work inspected by Mr. O’Dell.
Once they are submitted and accepted, Mr. O’Dell will sign off on the yellow sheet.

Ashley, you asked about this project earlier…here is the inspector’s comments on what is
required. All the punch list items have been cleared, however, we are required by ordinance to
collect the m-bonds for the final acceptance to be issued from Engineering.
