Paul, thanks for getting involved. By the way – this is the reason for Page 4 of our permit form, to
insure that after work is done in the ROW it is inspected to make sure everything is returned to
original condition. It is part of every permit, and is supposed to be done every time (but rarely is).
Take a look at the attachment. I think you will agree it would prevent this type of issue.

The owner of the dry cleaners is here & says the contractor left a mess of nothing but dirt and did
nothing to restore the area back to its original condition. You must ensure that Henkels & McCoy
