Subject: FYI - Permit for 940 Bethel Rd has been picked up by MasTec
Also, Mike has signed the permit for the main extension to the Westhaven subdivision. In the
comments section of page 2 he asked if you have a permit from TxDOT to work in their ROW. We’ll
want a copy of that to attach to our original of the permit. In addition, he requested that the
contractor pot hole the water line & maintain a 2 clearance.
I will email a copy of our approved permit to you. The permit is ready for MasTec to sign & pick up,
please let them know.
