Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. was retained by the Billingsley Company to
prepare civil improvement plans for Hackberry Road (also known as Chartwell
Drive) between Belt Line Road and Ranch Trail. The intent of the project is to
improve the existing asphalt roadway to the ultimate concrete roadway section.
We are attaching two (2) copies of the plans for your review and comment. Please
