I appreciate you contacting me the other day about finalizing the right of way for this project. I am attaching a revised
sheet showing the intersection of Bethel Road and Armstrong. As you can see we have changed the configuration of the
walk through the median of Armstrong.
We will still need to work with you on the HOA owned landscape within the street right of way, however we no longer
need to acquire land from the HOA.
