I'm ok with you working up an estimate. I don't have plans to send you right now, but I will try to get them from the
engineer electronically and send them to you.
The earliest we will have a contract in place for the street construction is May 1st.

Larry called me this morning and wanted me to work up an estimate and to give you a call. We talked about staffing,
particularly relating to the bridge construction and piers. I told him that I would check on line to see if plans are
available. Let me know if you want me to proceed with an estimate.

We have not yet selected a lab for this project. Larry Davis will be the inspector for the project. He is planning to call
you to discuss the project. Once he has had a chance to discuss staffing and construction related issues with you, he will
let me know what he thinks. If we decide to hire you guys for the project I'll send you the plans and specs and ask you to
provide an estimate and a contract.
