Please provide the qualification of bidders information to Caleb Thornhill for the Bethel Road project. The information
requested can be found on page 1-6 and 1-7 of the Bidding Documents.
I intend to make an award for this contract at the April 27th City Council meeting. In order to do that I need a
recommendation from Freese & Nichols next week.
