The repairs are concrete failures, mostly at joints. They should all be marked. Give Rick a call at 469-576-7709 when

Yes I can. I had a meeting with NTB regarding the fact that they had delayed the project causing us not to be paid one
bonus and to be paid a reduced amount on another bonus. We mutually agreed to not go into a long legal battle of me
charging them damages and they were to supply some CTB's at no cost to me on another project. They sent me a
revised quote for no cost and when I asked them to sign my contract they all of the sudden began to stall. Then I get a
letter asking me to pay I full as they did not delay the project at all. So now I am in talks with my attorney on how we are
going to approach either a suit or demand for the damages. Once this is resolved we will pay them the remainder of
their retention but not until all of this is settled.
Regarding Coppell Road, Tery told me he talked to Larry and was taking care of this. I have not seen the repairs and do
not know where they are, concrete or asphalt. If you can tell me where this is I will go look at it and respond back to you.

I am sending (below) a copy of recent correspondence with JRJ's Surety to inform you of the status of North Texas
Bridge's Bond Claim against JRJ for non-payment of our final retainage on the Bethel Road Project.
You were each copied on the original email to Mr. Kriss (Zurich) just earlier, but the City's server rejected the mail. I
regret bothering you with this, but believe it's in my company's best interest to ensure Coppell
knows what is happening, or not, in this matter.

You did not comment on my email of 05/20 (below). Has JRJ still not responded to your request for an update?
It has now been two months since the City of Coppell released full and final retainage to your client, which included the
$38,366.68 past due and owing to North Texas Bridge. Your client's non-responsiveness is causing my company undue
financial hardship.
For the benefit of interested parties, would you please tell me when I can
expect an update from you or JRJ.

Our letter to JRJ, et al, was dated and mailed with all attachments on May 3rd. Please recall my phone call, emails and
fax to you occurred after my receipt (05/10) of your May 5th letter acknowledging our April 13 bond claim. With all due
respect, Mr. Kriss, unless JRJ and their local agent both denied receiving our letter and attachments, your provision of
the same to them is redundant and causes further delay in our being paid. It also concerns us that you indicate no
anticipated time frame for receiving an update from JRJ.
