Yes, we've discussed it. Unfortunately the city does not want to enter
into an agreement for an extended time period.
I guess that gets us back to negotiating fair compensation for the value
of the easement and the tree damage. The estimate you previously sent
was for removal only. Did you ever get a cost for replacement?
