As requested, a representative of Alliance Geotechnical Group, was present at the project site at 7:00 am for
observation of pier drilling operations. At approximately 8:00 am, technician was asked to come back at 12:00 pm as
they would not be starting until then.
Technician returned at 12:00 pm. Drilling on Abutment 4, Pier 4G began at approximately 1:00 pm. The pier was not
completed this day. Pier was drilled to a depth of approximately 33'. At this time, casing was put in pier and penetration
and completion would resume on 8- 21 -13.
Prior to technician leaving site, casing had been set in Pier 4G.
