1.Need to remove redwood from curb and seal it at Villawood Lane and Mockingbird
Lane. It is marked with orange paint.
2.Need to remove mud out of storm drain box on northwest corner of Villawood Lane and
Mockingbird Lane. Marked with orange paint.
3.Need to clean out storm drain box across alley from Villawood Lane to the north of it. It
is marked with orange paint.
4.Need to grout and seal cracks on street in front of Coppell Middle School East; it’s next
to bus entrance and marked with orange paint.
5.Need to replace sidewalk panel next to ramp at northwest corner of Falcon Lane and
Mockingbird Lane. It is marked with orange paint.
6.Need to strip redwood and seal joints on all of sidewalk that was poured. It is marked
with orange paint.

Signs that need replacing:
1.Double arrow across from exit of middle school
2.Advance crosswalk – SB
3.End school zone – SB
4.Cell phone sign at entrance to middle school bent
5.School plaques on 20 mph signs.
