The permit looks good. They will need to bring the check to our office. They will also need to attach a copy of the
contract to verify these amounts. They can contact Rhonda Adloo, I have copied her on this email. We will work on
scheduling the pre-con. Which days work for you? This Friday would be the earliest that we could have a pre-con.

Thanks Mike, we’ll get the fees ready & paid for. I’ve attached the contractor’s form w/ their inspection fee. Can you
take a quick look & let me know if you need additional information or have any questions? If everything looks good who
does Bob Moore need to get in touch with to pay the fee? We’re printing plans today & will get them to your office.

Please see revised impact fee. Go ahead and submit 3 sets of plans to us for our use and however many the contractor
will need. Please have the contractor fill out the attached permit and pay the inspection fees. Once you submit the plans
we can schedule the pre-con. The inspection fees are typically paid ahead of time but as long as they bring the check to
the pre-con I will be ok with that. Have them submit the permit with the contract backup ahead of time. The roadway
impact fees will need to be paid prior to us signing the plat.
