RE: Fire Station No. 3
Dear Mr. Miles:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a copy of final plat.
2. Provide a 4" PVC for phone and computer lines at the locations indicated on the dimension
control and paving plans. If you have any questions regarding locations please contact Bob
Miller, Information Services Manager at 304-3665.
3. Adjust existing fire hydrant valve located adjacent to Parkway Blvd. (See sheet C2-B)
4. Is it necessary to provide a concrete apron around the proposed drop inlet if grass growth
is established?
5. Label the Police/Courts parking lot as existing parking lot.
6. Concrete encase the existing 8" water where the proposed storm drainage system is. (See
sheet C2-B)
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
