Re: Bellacere, Site observation (FINAL), items and comments
The following were present at the site:
Rick Odell, Frank Garza - City
Tommy Whatley - Owner
Tommy D Tabor - Engineer
Jay Arnell - Contractor
On 2013-09-05, we visited the construction site and noted the following:
1. Easement for revised location of driveway for Miller's residence to be provided.
2. Wood fencing along East, North and West property line shall be provided by the "Homebuilder".
3. Front screening wall along Sandy Lake Road shall connect to the existing screening wall at West end.
4. Front screening wall along Sandy Lake Road shall be constructed by the "Homebuilder" after work
along Sandy Lake Road has been completed.
5. Landscaping along Sandy Lake Road to be constructed by the "Homebuilder" after work along Sandy
Lake Road has been completed.
6. Sidewalk, paved entrance and "stamped" concrete to be constructed by Tiseo Paving Company (Sandy
Lake Road contractor).
7. Sidewalks and driveways within the development shall be provided by the "Homebuilder".
8. The ONCOR electrical box near the southwest corner shall be relocated to the street side due to item
#2 above.
9. Water samples have been collected and sent to lab, therefore, the fire hydrants shall be covered until
approved sample reports have been accepted by City.
10. Several saw-cuts and joints in both the street and curb shall to be filled.
11. The top of the water line casing pipe crossing Sandy Lake Road is 10.5 feet below the existing asphalt.
The contractor was directed by the City to install it at 12 feet below the existing asphalt.
12. Either the original Contractor's "Record Drawing" mark-ups or a copy should be forwarded to T.Tabor
Consulting, PLLC in order to produce "Record Drawings" for the City.
Rick indicated that a letter of acceptance would not be issued until the follow items were delivered to him:
Acceptable Water Bacteriological test
Maintenance Bonds for Street and Utilities
"Record Drawings" accepted
