Attached are two (2) prints each of the following civil
sitework plans for the referenced project:
Dimension Control & Paving Plan
Grading, Drainage and Storm Sewer Plan
Water & Sanitary Sewer Plan
Detail Sheet
The plans are provided for your review and comment.
A plat for this site has not been included. It is my
understanding from the architect that a plat for the overall
Town Center area will be prepared which will include the
fire station site.
Also, the architect has questioned the need for the 8-inch
water line loop on the south side of the building. It is my
understanding from discussions with you that this line is
preferred by the City since there is only one feed to City
Hall. Please confirm with me that this is the City's desire.
As you may be aware, this will add additional construction
cost to the project.
