RE: Walk thru for Fire Station # 1 (520 S0othw~stem)
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 5/6/96
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Put UP fence to elevated tank, M0ke sure lights are inside fence.
2. Irrigation meter ~d check valv~ needs to be moved out of concrete as plans
designate. Clean out both boxes below fittings.
3. Domestic meter and double 9heek needs to be moved out of concrete as plans
designate. Clean out both boxes and need tO see bypass line.
4. Fire hydrant valve needs to be put in a valve stack and brought to ground level.
5. Loegt¢ main line valve between admit building and new Fire Station building.
6. Locate sewer clean out.

today. The followin~ de£iciencies were identi£ied;
1. West Approach -- Remove sealer, clean Joints, replace
With silicon type sealer. Rout and seal random crack
in approach. Needs curb ear at redwood header on
approao~ both sides. Saw and seal curb returns on both
sides of drive.
2. East drive way same as above ~1.
3. Repair spall to existing pavement west side of
approach.
4. Needs curb ear at redwood header on approach west side
only.
5. Seal curb returns.
6. Repair spall to curb west side.
7. Clean up street and drop inlet.
