Change to Eastlake. 2. Label the BFE for the floodplain. 3. We need a copy of TxDOT's approval for the street connection. Grading Plan- 3. Show a typical section for the flume. 4. What is the temporary plan for the west side of Columbus? Paving Plan- 5. Make sure the onstreet parking does not block the visibility at the intersections. 6. You do not need a ramp at the intersection of Rock Springs and Rock Springs. 7. There will be no parking allowed opposite of the eyebrows for a set distance of 20' from the curb return. 8. Standard sidewalk in a residential subdivision is 4' wide. 9. Reference the city details for the stamped concrete. 10. Does the hike and bike between the creek and the pond need a handrail due to the proximity? Drainage and Storm Drain Plan- 11. What is the status of the CLOMR? 12. Show the pavement on the drainage area map and remove the unnecessary contour lines. 13. The headwall for storm drain line PD-1 will need to be installed on piers in the creek. 14. Show utilities on sheet C-16. 15. Is there an alternative to the concrete flume? We have problems with these types of flumes all over town. We do not allow dead ends of more than 150'. You will need to loop the waterline. There are several locations where you can do this;they are marked on the plan sheet. 18. Label the size of the meters. 19. Place the water line at the center of the lot and the sanitary sewer 9' downstream of the water. Sanitary Sewer Plan- 20. The end of line SS-E should have a manhole and not a cleanout. 21. The manholes should have a 30"ring and cover. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well.
