Don't mean to be dense - but just want to make sure what I need to have done. Where should the fountain be
disconnected from? We can turn the fountain 'off', but it sounds like more than turning the fountain 'off'.
As you can see, I'm an accountant and not an engineer!!

It would be best if you were able to have it disconnected before we begin work. Let us open bids and award a contract
before you actually disconnect it though.
I'll get back with you after we open bids to give you a better schedule.

We currently have this project out to bid. We will open bids on August 5th. I anticipate work beginning on the project in
September.
One question that has come up relates to the fountain in the middle of the
pond. Who do we need to coordinate with as far as disconnecting that while the work is done?
