SUBJECT: Town Center Complex - Final Punch List
ATTENTION: Mr. Larry Jackson, City Attorney
Dear Larry:
On November 3, 1986, we sent you a letter requesting your assistance
in obtaining release of the retainage monies from the Bankruptcy
Court for the To~ Center construction contract.
In our verbal conversation, last Tuesday evening, we understood
that it could take the court several months to consider our request.
Due to the established schedule for the official dedication of
this complex, and several items still remaining to be completed
on this contract, we are requesting that you, as legal counsel
for the City, contact the Bonding Company and determine wheat their
obligations are in completing this project in a timely manner.
Attached for ~our information is a copg of the final punch list
prepared on September 11, 1986. Some items have been completed,
however some items still remain, that need i~ediate attention.
