NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Murphy:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
October 14, 2013. One hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days were bid on this project for
the completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on October 14th, then the calendar days
on the project will expire on February 11, 2014. Your construction time will officially
begin the day of commencement or October 14th,whichever is first.
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please feel free to contact the
