RE: Utilities Walk Through for W.T. Cozby Library
The following items were found to be deficient on the above
referenced project during a utility walk-thru that was conducted
on Friday morning.
* Sewer cleanout at north property line is the wrong type
and needs c/o mark on curb.
* Valve for vault needs cut out for blockout and mark on
curb.
* Uncover fire hydrant valve.
* Concrete patch corner of vault.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
