Testing Budget
Dear Mr. Jameson:
Per your transmittal request dated April 12, 1994, we have reviewed our March, 1994
invoice for testing services performed for the above referenced project. The purpose was
to provide an update on anticipated total cost.
With the exception of engineering services performed on 03/16/94 ($160.00), 03/18/94
($320.00) and 03/29/94 ($320.00), as well as in-place density tests performed on
03/27/94 (Saturday at an extra overtime cost of $36.75), all other costs incurred were
generally anticipated. Engineering services were for analysis and letters related to the
subfloor drain system and select fill. The unanticipated extra costs total $836.75. Future
costs may be less than budgeted. Consequently, at this time a projection as to total costs
cannot be made.
