Subject:Pending Items for Engineering Final
Scott, your job foreman for the Coppell ER project was in just now to ask about when our inspector
would sign off on the “yellow sheet.” I explained to him that two major items are still pending that
were discussed in the pre-con (that he apparently did not attend):
2-yr. maintenance bonds for utilities & paving and as-built plans from your engineer of record. I
gave him a pre-con packet that states what is required in writing, and verified that no Engineering
fees remain to be paid. Let us know if you have any further questions.
