To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows: WATER: There is currently a 10" water line in the south right-of-way of Sandy Lake Road. SANITARY SEWER: An 8" sewer line traverses the west and north portions of the site. As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
