Thank you for giving Steve Shrum and I the opportunity to meet with Gary Seib and you.
We appreciate the time you made available to us to answer our questions. The
information you provided will be helpful in coming to a decision on the redevelopment of
the former M. J. Designs Headquarters building.
As we discussed in the meeting, we need to know the location of water lines, sewer lines
and storm drainage in the 500 Airline Road area along with the capacities to serve a
redevelopment that could potentially house as many as 3000 people. The parking
economics will be a governing factor on the final population of the building and the
parking will comply with the parking requirements of the city.
A letter from your department addressing the city utilities and drainage capabilities with
the criteria stated herein would be helpful in our due diligence process. If you have any
