RE: Availability of City Utilities

Mr. Mahoney:
This letter is in response to your letter dated November 10, 2000 regarding the availability of City utilities
at 500 Airline Drive. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is currently a 12" water line in the south right-of-way of Airline Drive. Your Engineer would need
to evaluate the line in regard to available volume and pressure for your development. Additional fire
hydrant protection for this development will have to be in accordance with the City of Coppell Rules and
Regulations and as determined by the Fire Marshal.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is currently a 10" sewer line in the north right-of-way of Airline Drive. This sewer line flows east
into a 15" sanitary sewer line in Belt Line Road.
STORM DRAINAGE:
When this site originally developed a drainage area map was prepared and a private drainage system was
installed. If this site is changed, then your engineer will need to conform to the drainage area map
previously prepared for this location.
As always, in the development of the property your Engineer should determine if the existing utilities
available to this site are adequate to serve your proposed development.
