Our client is actively pursuing the development of an office/warehouse facility located
north of the intersection of Bethel Road and Freeport Parkway in Coppell, Texas. It is
our understanding that the city is the service provider for this area.
Per our client's request, we are attempting to determine what, if any, facilities are
already in place and if the City will agree to service the site. Please advise us of any
