A 12" water line is also located in the south right-of-way of Creekveiw Drive adjacent to the property. • Sanitary Sewer: A 10" sanitary sewer line is located in the center median of Royal Lane and an 8" line is located in the north right-of-way of Creekview Drive adjacent to the property. • Storm Drain: A 72" RCP is located in the beneath the southbound lanes of Royal Lane running north, increasing in size to a 96" RCP through the Creekview Drive intersection. Numerous curb inlets are provided along each side of Royal Lane. The engineer will be required to drain the property as per the drainage area map for this site. As always, in the development of this property the engineer should determine whether the utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
