Per your request of February 17, 1999,the following is a description of available utilities
at the proposed CiCi's site near the intersection of Royal Lane and Bethel Road.
• Water: A 16"water line is located in the north right-of-way of Bethel Road adjacent
to the property.
• Sanitary Sewer: A 10"sanitary sewer line is located in the center right-of-way of
Royal Lane starting at Bethel Road running north. There are no existing sanitary
sewer lines located adjacent to the proposed CiCi's site.
• Storm Drain: A 36"RCP is located in the centerline of Royal Lane that begins near
Bethel Road and drains to the north, increasing in size to a 96"RCP and feeds
Cottonwood Creek. There are no existing drainage structures located adjacent to the
proposed CiCi's site.
As always, in the development of this property the engineer should determine whether the
utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or
storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
