This water line runs from Wrangler to Lakeshore Drive. • Sanitary Sewer: A 10"sanitary sewer line is located in the south/west right-of-way of Crestside Drive across the street from the property. Two 8"stubouts are provided to the north/east side of Crestside Drive adjacent to the property. • Storm Drain: A 27"RCP is located in the centerline of Crestside Drive that begins south of the property and runs west and north, increasing in size to a 66"RCP. Numerous curb inlets are provided along each side of Crestside Drive. The engineer will be required to drain the property as per the drainage area map for this site. As always, in the development of this property the engineer should determine whether the utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
