Re: ~oppell Water Tower at 500 Southwestern d a FAA study.
I am sending you this letter, per the reason for my call, to let you know that due to the
new FAA and FCC regulations, I am needing an FAA study done on the Coppell Water
Tower. I know that in the past this was not required. The new regulation require this
study, due to the "Glide Slop" failure. For PageNet and any other customer with an
antennas on your water tower we must have this study to renew our license with the FCC.
This will also prevent tm from adding the 2 new antennas that we have been discussing.
The FAA office for this area is in Ft Worth (817-222-5531). If you need any help in
getting any infommtion, filling out the paperwork or filing the study, please feel free to
call me and I can put you in contact with the people in our licensing dept to help,
