On behalf of the developer, Billingsley Company, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA) is
in receipt of a comment letter prepared by Mr. Keith Marvin, P.E. with the City of Coppell
dated August 9, 2013 pertaining to the KHA submitted Hackberry Road Improvement plans,
submitted July 19,2013.
In association with this response letter, KHA has revised the construction documents as
noted. KHA has outlined below,the comments raised by Mr. Keith Marvin, and responding
