There is also a 10"water line located in the west right-of-way of Coppell Road and a 12"water line located in the east right-of-way of SH 121. Sanitary Sewer-There is an 8" sanitary sewer line in the south right-of-way of Corporate Park Blvd. and an 8" sanitary sewer line in the west right-of-way of Coppell Road. Storm Drainage-There is a 48"storm drain located in the east right-of-way of SH 121 that feeds into a 48"storm drain located in the south right-of-way of Corporate Park Blvd. This 48" storm drain receives flow from numerous curb inlets and increases in size progressively to an 84"storm drain at Coppell Road. As per the City of Coppell Wastewater System Master Plan,the existing 8"sanitary sewer located adjacent to the property in the west right-of-way of Coppell Road will need to be replaced with a 10" sanitary sewer line. As always, in the development of your property your engineer should determine whether the utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
