Description of Roofing Operations:
Inspected progression of flashing and roofing construction. The following observations were noted:
1. EPDM wall tlashing damaged (hole) in north wall, northwest comer
2. Lack of proper termination bar and metal counter tlashing of EPDM at dortners
3. No continuous cleat at metal fascia on dormers
4. Notches in standing seams throughout to accommodate radius reversal
5. Lack of outer face cover plates at vertical notches in radius sections of fascia
6. Metal step and counter flashing not ~ompleted (or resolved) along sides of dormers
7. Standing seam panels nol complete on porte-cochere (entrance) roof
An inspection of roofing constn:ction and flashing is now being performed once per week.
