The facilities are located as follows: Water There is currently a 10" water line in the north right-of-way of Crestside Drive, which extends from Wrangler Drive to Lakeshore Drive. Also, there is a 12" water line in the east right-of-way of Lakeshore Drive, which extends from Wrangler Drive to Belt Line Road. Sanitary Sewer There is currently a 10" sewer line in the south right-of-way of Crestside Drive which flows west from the property and a 10" sewer line in the south right-of-way of Crestside Drive, which flows east to Lakeshore Drive. Also, there is a 10" sewer line in the west right-of-way of Lakeshore Drive, which flows to Belt Line Road. Storm Drainage There is currently a 10' curb inlet on the south side of Crestside Drive which flows west into a 27" storm drain. Also, there are two 6' curb inlets in the southwest intersection of Crestside and Lakeshore, which flows north into an 18" storm drain. As always, in the development of your property your engineer should determine whether the utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
