Results
On this date, November 17. 1994, a representative of GEE Consultants. Inc. was present at the above referenced
project to perform ',_he following services:
Reinspection was performed on .'.he following items which had been reported as being incmnplete on 9/23/94.
1. Tube beams at grid lines #6.5 and #7.5 have had top connection clip angles at colmnns added and welded
inplace.
2. The roof joist girder bottom chord ends have now been welded in place satisthctoriiy.
3. Field welds were visually examined for size and appearance.
Our inspection was performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
