Description of Roofing Operations:

Arrived on site at 10:45 am. King of Texas was completing laying isoboard insulation. Filter Fabric and rounded river rock ballast bad been placed on membrane
layed on October 24. 1994. Eight (8) panels were brought to the attention of King of Texas as being wet and ,,,,'ere replaced. Reinforcing membraoc, locking seam
plates and screws were used along parapet walls. Sure Seal Splice Cleaner and Sure Seal Splicing Cement were used at the base of the parapet walls. Carlisle 90-8-
30A Bonding Adhesive was used to glue the EPDM membrane to the plywood surface of the parapet walls. Interior EPDM joints were constructed suing Sure Seal
Splice Cleaner, Sure Seal Splicing Cement. a bead of In-Seam Sealant 1124, and Sure Seal Black Lap Sealant. EPDM intersection joints were also seaied with
Elastoform. Roof drains and all roof penetrations ',,.'ere sealed with two layers of £PDM membrane. Filter Fabric and river rock ballast were then placed on the days
roofing area. An area o fponding water ~uth of the north-south standing scant roof was brought to the anention of Mike Sherpinskas of Diversit~ed and King ofTexas.
Both agreed that tapered insulation not included in plans was needed at this location. We request this to be reviewed.
St,'mding Seam Metal Roof
Berbice Corp continued to lay standing seam panels on top of the west dormers and now on the north-south curved skylight roof. Joints of Clip Covers were being
sealed with Sonoplastic NP-I caulking.
