Description of Roofing Operations:
Sin~,le Ply Rubber Membrane
Arrived on site at 8:00 am. King ofTexas cmnpleted laying isoboard insulation at 10:30 am. Reinforcing membrane, locking seam plates and screws were used along
parapet and vertical walls. After removing temporary cemented splices. Sure Seal Splicing Cement was used at the base of the walls. Carlisle 90-8-30A Bonding
Adhesive was used to glue the EPDM membrane to the plywood surfaces. Interior EPDM joints were constructed using Sure Seal Black Lap Cleaner. Sure Seal
Splicing Cement. a bead of In-Seam Sealam 1124, and Sure Seal Black Lap Sealant. EPDM intersecting joints were also sealed with Elastoform. Roof drains and
all roof penetrations were sealed with two (2) layers of EPDM membrane. Filter Fabric and river rock ballast were then placed on the days roofing area.
Standing Seam Metal Rnof
Berbice Corp continued to lay standing ,~am panels on top of the dormers and on the north-south curved skylight roof. Clip Covers were being sealed with Sonoplastic
NP-1 caulking.
