Single Ply Rubber Membrane
Arrived on site to find King of Texas laying more river rock. King of Texas stat'led construction of one of the smaller roofs. King of Texas continued to use Sure
Seal cleaner and Sure Seal Splicing Cement at the base of parapet walls, Carlisle 90-8-30A bonding adhesive. Interior EPDM joints were constructed using Sure Seal
Splice Cleaner. Sure Seal Splicing Cement, a bead of In-Seam Sealant 1124. and Sure Seal Black Lap Sealant EPDM. Intersecting joints were also sealed with
Elastoform. Roof drains and all roof penetrations were sealed with two layers of EPDM membrane. King of Texas finished all the wall and exhaust pipe hole
penetrations.
