with the LP-Gas Section's Safetl Rules at the time of in-
spection. The following violation(s)/recommendation(s)
must/should be corrected:
1.$ Furnish this office with a Completion Report {LPG Form
501) for the LP-gas container, TRINITY 3q3905 , as
required bI section 9-20(b)(1).
Please remit a fee of $5.00 for each container along with
the Completion Report (LPG Form 501) required by section
9,20(a)(2) or (b)(1) relating to the installation of
container(s) as required bI section 9.20(b)(3).
The violation(s) must be corrected promptlI· Please note'
that any violation(s)/recomsendation(s) designated by an
asterisk must/should be made by an LP-gas dealer licensed
bI the Railroad Commission of Texas.
