Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Holmes:
The City of Coppell recently completed a walk-thru inspection for the improvements in the
referenced project. All punch list items have been completed, however, listed below is an item that
must be addressed prior to final acceptance:
1. A Final Acceptance letter will be issued upon receipt of the two-year maintenance bond in
the amount of 50%of the contract for paving.
